Unable to install Windows Phone SDK.

I have downloaded Windows Phone SDK iso and extracted and tried to install. But installation wizard shows some errors as in the attached image.
Please help me.

which windows do you have ?
is hyper V activated ? do you have the latest visual studio with it's updates ?

Yes, I have enabled that in Turn windows features On or Off and I have visual Studio 2012 express installed.
