I have the Windows 10 preview installed on a Nokia Lumia 635. I bought it to use as an MP3 player, to keep all of my music on it and play when I'm driving. I used an old SD card from my GS3. Formatted it before removing it from that phone. I began downloading all of my music, many hundreds of songs, and it got very nearly all of them downloaded without needing to use the SD card. But then it stopped, and said I need to change where I save my music to. Error 0xc1014b5 (0xc1010039). In Storage Sense, I definitely have the SD card set as the location for music to be saved to. I restarted the phone, and when that didn't work, I formatted the SD card again. It knows there's an SD card, it says "SD card 608.00KB used 14.83 GB free" but it wont put anything on it. Tried some google-fu before deciding to ask you guys. Any ideas?
Also, this is what my Storage Sense looks like. It looks like a graphical bug. Maybe has something to do with this storage issue?

EDIT
It finally worked. After several minutes of aimlessly wandering through Storage Sense, the download manager decided I had an SD card after all, and downloaded the songs. I did some googling and I found another article detailing a similar problem. Do you guys have problems with your Windows phone reading an SD card?
