unable to start phone

today i was updating my lumia 640 xl, after download when gears was rolling, it was taking so much time, so i removed battery and again insertd it but now I am unable to start again. it starts, gera roll and after 5 second switch off continuously. anyone help me out.

Try to boot it up by pressing Volume up at the same time and then run recovery tool.

I am sure there is an option on both WPRT and LSRT "My phone does not start or respond"
have you tried that ?
