Unable to stop monitoring in Feedback Hub

I am trying to see if this issue is affecting many people. I am seeing it posted in Feedback Hub but have not seen it discussed in this forum. When I try to stop monitoring, the app crashes when I hit stop. When I reopen it, it's still monitoring. 950 XL DS US
