Unable to update windows 10 mobile since updating to 14393.67

There are many updates released after windows 10 mobile build 14393.67. But whenever i check for updates ,message appears "Your phone is up to date". Why is this happening. I have done soft reset don't want to do hard reset. Please help. I am using lumia 640 xl

Those are testing updates for insiders program.
There have not been offficial updates after 14393.67.

I have a Blu phone in the insider program stuck at .67. You're not the only one!

The ONLY Windows 10 Mobile 14393.x build that has been released to the general public so far was 14393.67

The PC edition of Windows 10 14393.x has received several cumulative updates; so far, the Mobile counterpart of each of them has either been limited to Insider previews, or else completely withheld.

Your mobile devices on 14393.67 are, as of this morning, completely up to date.

Sorry, confusing release numbers. I need to update my prior post. I'm stuck on 14356.1000 from early June, as are quite a few Blu owners.

Ah, build 187 is released to production now; it was still only available to Insiders several hours ago when I made my previous post.

some small fixes and improvements ,this was released yesterday, we were all in same boat for this official build
