Unanswered questions

On the first page you say questions will be answered in 5 minutes. Still, I find unanswered questions weeks old.
Why is that?

Questions CAN be answered in five minutes. There's no possible way of guaranteeing instant answers because this forum is run by everyday people who know their way around technology. There's no official Microsoft employees here, it's just tech enthusiasts, IT's, people who program for fun, etc.
Besides, if you ask a question no one knows the answer to, why would they answer?
