Windows 10 Mobile has recently launched which would make this a great opportunity of making a unified effort to get your favorite and popular apps into the windows store. Over Christmas I had witnessed it myself where people I know all had shiny new windows phone and they loved and praised them only to shun them once they realized that their favorite apps where missing some tried to get pass that others could not. (Me and my brother agreed to get windows phone's for our entire household, along with a back up gift incase of a bad reception). So we figured we would start sending emails to the companies and developers to support our platform of choice and reminded them of our strong loyalty to our platform and our despair of being without those service's, even informing them of how easy it is to an existing iPhone app due to a project Microsoft is working on. This campaign would be a lot more effective if we can attack them with more numbers on steady basis. We contacted both support teams, CEO's, and companies through email, twitter, and Facebook. Some of the companies we have wrote to are
Chase, Capital One, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Dukin Doughnuts, TD Bank, Pok?mon Go, Waze, Amazon (Prime app, and Echo app are M.I.A), NYC Transit, Supercell, PlayStation, Chipotle, Whalerock, EA, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Verizon, Timewarner, Cablevision, The CW, Udemy, HBO and CBS.
Added: Snapchat, Tinder.
If at all possible that anyone wanted to expand this list I wouldn't mind adding other companies, and if I can find out if we are allowed to post links on how we can contact these companies and their team's I also wouldn't mind adding that aswell.
