hello everyone is there any way to install or re-install audio settings

What is the problem?
What device are you using?

You might have to do a clean install using Nokia Software Recovery Tool and then see if the settings are to your liking. Chances are though if the latest ROM has the updated settings you will end up with what you have currently on the phone.

This is a System App. I had an issue with SMS + Call Blocker and had to do a reset.

Yes, set your phone date to ~100 years in the future and try to open the audio app in settings (that's the app I think you are asking about). It will uninstall. Then use one of the apps that show you software updates by phone maker to get the link back to the app in the store and redownload
