Uninstall OEM apps for WP 8.0 and 8.1

Hey guys,

I'm not sure why anyone would want to uninstall OEM apps, but here's how to do it anyway :evil:

• Go to settings
• Date + Time
• Turn the automatic time option off
• Set the year to "2115" (Don't ask why rly
• Set Timezone to "Amsterdam, Berlin..."
• Press the back button

After all of these steps you can delete any OEM apps.. You can try it with "Glance"
Just tap and hold for the options

To get all the apps back simply use syspusher app

the apps probabbly have expiration date and changing the timezone refresh the time... am I correct?

Yes that was my first thought! I would make sense.. I mean who would really set the year to 2115? lol.. But I have no idea why we need to change the time zone as well

I set my date to 2118 but no change in time zone, the uninstall prompt also comes up for me. I guess just changing the year would suffice

This works for normal apps and games too.

Ehm already had the option to remove those But we did not have the option to remove OEM apps :

Some have said that certain apps cause battery drain so now you have an option to remove them
