Uninstalled Store app keeps installing

I'm on Windows 10 TP Build 9926, and right now I'm having issue with the Store (Beta) in which it would install apps that I have uninstalled in the past. If I uninstall all the apps and do a restart, the Store (Beta) would repeat this behavior of installing back those apps.

Does anyone else have this problem?

You can manually remove the install maybe that will stop it. Or uninstall the app then create the folder and block permission from everything on it so nothing can write to it.

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_2015.1.21.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe thats the folder for the beta store

There is 2 others in there since the real store runs from windows directory
