Uninstalling Chrome on Windows 10.

Chrome is slowing my laptop down loads, so I try to uninstall it. But when I try, a message appears, saying: "Please close all Chrome windows (including Windows 8 mode) and try again". I close everything, and it still doesn't work.

BTW, I have tried restarting my laptop, nothing changes.

Try ctrl + alt + delete and close all Chrome-related processes.

Also close any Google Updater process you find...
