Unlock HTC Surround?

Has anyone successfully unlocked an HTC Surround. I continue to get a communication error attempting to do so.

I successfully unlocked my HTC surround using unlock codes!!! I got the codes from mobile-unlocker.com .The codes are affordable here and the unlocking steps are also simple!!!Specify your phone's manufacture, model, country and network to get the codes!!!
