unlock sim for icon

i know that icon is only verizon but i wanna know if it has unlock sim or not &if not how to unlock it ??

Ok . Im from libya and i have at&t htc one x and i cant update it 'cuz im not living in us so well this will happend if i baid icon ???

Why can't you update? The updates for Windows Phones have nothing to do with where you live or which carrier your SIM is from.
