I recently bought a Lumia 920 pre-owned and have since had an unlock code sent through for it which the phone accepted. At times the phone will shows 'O2-UK' under the singal bar but the signal bar will still show as no service. I've updated the APN settings with no luck.
I typed in #7820## and it showed me a symbol of a locked sim card. I entered the same unlock code as before and this now showed an open padlock on the sim symbol.
Still no service though
