uno & friends crate tutorial stops working

[WPCentral Question]

i play uno & friends on amazon kindle and when i load it up, it shows a crate tutorial and when I follow through it, it stops on the crates and will not let me do anything else, what do i do? i have lost over a week of bonus cause i cant do anything or get through to anyone about this problem.
