Windows Central Question

This is not a normal issue. For one, I know the exact cause, and two (which is more normal), I have no clue how to fix it. This comes with a gauntlet of problems.
The touchscreen was disabled somewhere within the settings. I was attempting to fix the touch screen in any way possible, as I do not have the keyboard for my Surface Book. This means that I cannot use a mouse or touchpad to navigate the settings, and also have no way of connecting any other devices to the computer. I can no longer touch anything on the screen or interact with the device in any way outside of the buttons on the hardware. At this point, I'm considering trying to reset the device to factory default, as it would cause less trouble than trying to find a replacement keyboard I could afford, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that without a keyboard.
I have no clue what to do at this point.
