My phone doesn't find any updates and cant log on to xbox live? How do i fix that?

Did you try a soft reset? do u live in the US? what's your phone's region set too?

Not sure what is soft reset no I'm in UK I'm not sure what region has been set

Which kind of updates are you talking about? App updates or OS/firmware updates?
And secondly, do you already have an XBL account?
