No Cyan for my 1020 on Elisa/Saunalahti. I have Finnish CV, unlocked phone, running developer preview 8.1, update 1.

Can't be bothered to rollback to 8.0 for Cyan. Guess I'll wait for Microsoft to publish it via DP.
