update error and phone is stuck.lumia 625

my phone is lumia 625.i was doing my windows 10 update the technical release one (slow ring) the system did downloaded it properly and the installing also went on..and once that installing is complete my phone has gone off like nothing but only a nokia icon is seen.something like compilation error popped up at the top and is gone.what do i do to get my phone back in proper functioning.? please help me out as soon as possible

Is the phone still turning on? if so, you can download the windows devices recovery tool/ connect your phone and select "phone not detected". Follow the prompts on the screen
