Isn't there any updates for windows phone 8.1?
Can't I upgrade my Lumia 630 from 8.1 to 10?

Nope, your Lumia 630 is not supported for the Windows 10 Mobile update. Updates for 8.1 have also ended earlier this year.

I would suggest trying to get a Lumia 550 or 650.
