Update for windows 8.1

Can anyone tell me when will windows 8.1 is getting update. From 8.1 to windows 10?

Yes we are talking about phone. I have Lumia 640xl and I'm using it since October. And some features are not working properly. Reason being it will get update. But when it will available in my region.? ie India.

We don't know for sure.

But if some features are not working properly, there may be an underlying defect or some other issue an update will not inherently fix.
You'd be surprised with what some people try to live with, thinking its normal.
