Update option not showing up!!

Hey there! I am using Lumia 520 and live in India.. My problem is that In India the 8.1 is OTA now but my phone is still not showing the update available. Please help. And I have another 520 also and it got updated to 8.1 easily and it got updated earlier.i have checked so many times on my new phone. but no new option pop out please any one can help ....☹
