update problem

i am using L520....updated to windows 8.1 by developers.......now not able to update the official update......please help...

Use Nokia Software Recovery Tool. It's the easiest way to fix your problem. Be sure to backup what you can as it erases everything.

I mean phone will not hung up in between or any other damage to software

Not sure I understand your issues. This will completely clean the phone. It re-installs a new firmware. It's made by Nokia. The only issue would be if you cannot get your phone to connect to the PC correctly or you don't have wifi available to download the firmware which is large.

I've used this software several times without issue but that doesn't mean it's perfect.
