Is there any other option to update my phone except connecting to WiFi? Please help.....

If you have access to another phone that can do internet sharing on it (hotspot) you can then connect to it via wifi and do it that way. If you don't have that ability, find a wifi hotspot somewhere.

That's really your only options.
