Update to build 490 stuck on build 369

I'm on insider build 15254.369 and I just can't install the the latest build 490. The update goes through the motions and when it completes the About still shows build 369. Any solutions?

If you try to update now, what happens? They just released 15254.527.

My 950 has been trying to install the 2018-08 update for the last month, and now the 2108-09 update. It always fails with a message about a problem with date/time/timezone all of which are correct. Any idea how to get it to update?
