I dont think you need to roll back to 8.1 just directly upgrade from the previous insider build and full reset coul be good. *fresh start haha*

If you want the "official" update then you'll need to wait for your carrier to release it. I think most people on the forum here will go with the first option. It's up to you whether you want to move to the slow ring or not.
