the windows store has been updates via that update, the Kefo suggestions are now have improved algorithem, it shows from where he got it suggestions and have more sources to gather them from. i kinda like it. although i wish i could have a APP wish list to download Later on, cause i dont have much memory space on my phone so sometimes i cant download them right away.

it's ok buddy. it happens all the time with everyone. welcome to the party. with few bugs fixed and API tweaks (no detailed changelog) in this update, u won't even notice any change.

Nothing to do with region. Make sure you relogin to dev preview app again and then check update.

What do you mean by "not present". Can you not select it in the stock camera UI anymore? I've got an 8X and it's still there, second icon down on the left.

I have just changed my region to US(earlier it was UK) but no update still with .890 series

None of the WP Developer Preview updates are region or device specific. Make sure "Preview For Developers" app is enabled, it might have been disabled following the previous 8.1 update.

No... It's just not there anymore. I don't know if its because of the software or the b***h in the airport that dropped my phone

EDIT:

I found this other guy with the same problem. I know it worked before this because I took a selfie on the 1st. My phone dropped on the 5th.
