I'm sorry that you're having problems. What apps are buggy? Have you contacted the developers about these apps?

Title says "Update" so if your apps seem buggy and you just applied an update, it may be that the apps are updating in the background.

Staying on a stable and fast WiFi connection may help resolve the matter. Also you might try a Soft Reset. Hold Power + Volume Down buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about ten seconds).
