Updated phone shows Lumia Black...where is Cyan?

i updated my lumia 720 to cyan, but when i restart the phone i realize that is the same old lumia black, even in the info says lumia black :/

Do you have Developer Preview? If so, you'll need to use Nokia Software Recovery Tool to downgrade to WP8, then update to Cyan.

If you have upgraded to cyan. You can check, if you have notification bar and other stuff. And extras+info, will show black until you update that app from the store.

Also, when I updated my phone through OTA, the first update was some variation of WP8 which was a preparation for Cyan update. I had to check for updates again at which point it downloaded and installed cyan.

Yes, i recall that total three updates were done in order to get cyan update.

Yes, I had 3 also. I just did mine on Friday, so I definitely remember.

it's the same lumia black that i had before the update

i check it in extra+info and says lumia black... i?m doing the all process again so i hope this time works

I have used 10% of my brain to understand this post. I think you are talking about low phone memory due to which you are not able to update the phone. I recommend you to delete apps which are taking large space.

The problem was the sd card. That's all, i remove the se card and the update work. It's really weir but now I have like 1 GB of storage
