updating deleted apps

I have deleted a few apps. windows store tries to update them and fails. Any idea how to remove them completely.

I even tried to refresh my surface. It has two accounts. However, I am sure other user was not logged on because I restarted several times.

You need to uninstall the app from both user accounts

Try selecting the run command and then running Wsreset.exe. That will reset the Windows Store cache. The issue is often just a cache issue.

Thank you for the information. However, it did not solve the problem. There is one piece of information I forgot to mention. I have tweaked the registry to install apps on SD card. Just hope that Microsoft officially endorse installing apps on SD card. I reset my Surface and uninstalled everything that comes with it. Tweaked registry and reinstalled all the apps. The four apps I am having problem with were never reinstalled after reset.
