Upgrade fails, there is not enough memory to create a ram drive, all keys are the same

1: Upgrade fails, there is not enough memory to create a ram drive...

I have acouple of machines at home, they all upgraded no problem.

I have one AIO PC with i7, 8Gb ram, and a 3tb hdd, with OEM win 8 upgraded to win 8.1, in the begining it started the process but it was alway stuck after a while.

I reinstalled aclean windows copy and activated with GPT partition, after that every retry to upgrade results that after first reboot, i will get a message that there is not enough memory to create a ram drive, and then it boots back in win 8.1, I fresh installed win 8.1 like 10 times with the same result.

I need to know if there is a converter where i can change my key 8.1 to win 10 key, since it works perfectly to fresh install win 10, but then I dont have a key for activation.

2: I have like 7-8 computers at home and all where upgraded, What i noticed when i went in with aida64 to get the new keys, is that all computers running win pro, have exactly the same key, and all running home have the same key. How will msoft know all computers if all are the same key?
