Are there any chances to upgrade lumia 510 to windows 7.8

I think there is an upgrade available already for several weeks, connect our phone to the computer via usb cable and fire up Zune, there should detect an upgrade. Then, just follow the on-screen instructions. That's it .

As far as I know, Lumia 510 came with 7.8 out of the box

Try visiting Nokia Care. They should be able to help you or you can try doing it with yourself using Zune.
