I used the Upgrade tool from MS and checked for updates and my pc says I have it installed already. I have version 1703. I know for a fact I havent installed the Fall Creators Update yet. I even looked around for what changed and nothing had been changed or looks different.
So, my question is, how do I ACTUALLY upgrade? Or is there so little difference between the two? Do I already have it but don't know?
I have been using windows, updating and can build a PC from scratch, I can install drivers, game, flash bios, and what not. I'm not by any means a PC noob. This just eludes me.
How can I have it installed, but have none of the changes visible?
