upgraded to windows 10 and lost my videos, downloads, and pictures

I had to install google chrome, and internet explorer. But I cannot find my pictures, downloads, and videos from Windows 8.1 in windows 10

Ehm long shot... but download Ccleaner > set to clean registry and check again? A user posted that it helped so who knows
