Upgraded to Windows 10 on Venue 8, screen only shows in landscape. How to get it to rotate?

Rotation worked on Windows 8 from factory. Upgraded to Windows 10 and now the screen will not rotate and the start dialogs are stuck on the left side and only 3/4 of the screen high.
