Upload on OneDrive is not working, what can I do?

Upload on OneDrive is not working

The upload option does not work. I had used UPLOAD to replace files on a OneDrive account that was different than the account I am logged in on. The other options start, NEW, SHARE, DOWNLOAD, ADD...... The UPLOAD option does not respond. The other options start immediately.

this is for the onedrive universal app or the website?

The One Drive on 8.1 uploaded photos immediately. On WP10, (Insider builder 420), it's slow. It'll eventually upload, but it's not fast like on 8.1.
