Upload video to instagram

Hello everybody. Now, when we have wp 8.1, is there any way to upload video that is already on my phone? Thx in advance

Not with Instagram as yet. 6tag, possibly - I don't use it so I don't know.

What you can do is download flipagram for free, and then use movie maker to upload the video file created

???? 6tag is in store and you can upload videos you record. Just to use this option you need to pay to unlock this feature.
