USA 1020 WP8.1 update dates

Does anyone have expected WP8.1 dates for USA 1020 ?

Nope, I have tried reaching out to ATT and Nokia/Microsoft and nobody seems to answer the question... The closest I came is when a friend that worked for ATT tech department told me their was issues in testing the update and it had to be reworked....Seems every other carrier has released it though... He told me between September and November and this was prior to it being rolled out to other devices and regions, so maybe he was right ...Idunno
