Usb doesn't work on windows mobile 10.

Hey guys please help to fix my usb.
I am on lumia 830 windows 10 mobile fast insider 10.0.0.10586.107
I want go back to windows 8.1 and my phone isn't detected...
When i conntect my phone it only charge. Please help me find solution i wanto go back to windows 8.1 and install again windows 10.

Are connected directly to the computer or through a hub?

Directly. Original usb cable i try other computers and diffrent cable still nothing..

Is your phone unlocked when you plug it in? Also, check your phones charging port for any lint or debris
