Does anyone have idea if WP 8.1 has USB On-The-Go or USB OTG functionality or not?

Even if it does, we still need the file explorer in order to use it, don't we?

Nokia has implemented USB OTG in many of their Symbian cellphones such as Nokia N8, C6-01, C7, Oro, E6, E7, X7, 603, 701 and 808.

And there are many 3rd party file explorer available in WP store! An official one is also due in this month!
