Useless Hp Elite X3, But awesome Hp support staff

Bought my Phone off of Ebay a few weeks back. Pretty much ever since I`ve had it it does not work correctly. Been working with special support with Hp. They have been nothing but excellent people from the get go. I have even switched my phone. But yet still not working. I get a Sd Card not reading correctly pop up all the time. So my phone just site here as a beautiful paper weight. I do have however my Windows 950xl sitting here in the back ground doing nothing too. Oh well what can I do? Just a quick thanks to Hp support staff!!!!! You people have been nothing short of awesome. Hopefully while they work hand in hand with Microsoft level three staff they will resolve my issues.

seems to me with the issues surrounding windows 10 mobile, all of which I think point to Microsoft not giving a crap about devices running the OS. That the blame needs to be put squarely on Microsoft for most of the issues, They just don't give a crap about their own mobile OS at this point.
