Using wired USB C headphones

Has anyone tried using wired USB C headphones with the Surface Pro X? Do they work? I am not having any luck using them

USB Audio devices should have a generic driver, which is supposed to work. Are you headphone recognized by the device but you dont have any audio?

Mine work...just using a pair that came With my phone.

they were not recognized but then i used another pair and they work well.

I purchased the Surface USBC/3.5 adapter and works perfectly with my QC-25s

Which USB headphones are you trying to use?

I have a double adapter situation because that is what I had laying around. USBC to standard USB, then USB to 3.5 adapter. Hooked up to Corsair gaming headphones. All works fine, including the mic.
