USSD Full Support

Hi, I wish to know if USSD is fully functional in WP8 before I waste money buy a phone only to be disappointed like I was with WP7.5 its luck of full USSD support. Please follow this link to get an idea of what I mean. USSD support & is Microsoft fixing issue in WP7.8
