Hi, I have released a Windows 10 (UWP) clock app called Literal Moment:

This app displays the date and time in words, both in-app and on the Live Tile.
Features include:
Nightstand Mode - moves the text around the display at regular intervals to prevent screen burn-in. Perfect for OLED displays.
Intelligent Wake & Microsoft Health integration - dims the display and brightens it again at you regular sleep & wake times, at sunrise or when the proximity sensor is triggered
Configuration Options - including layout, font colour & opacity, and 12/24 time
The app is free but some features require an in app purchase.
