[UWP] Shutter Band: Take pictures/video with your Microsoft Band!

Hey,
I developed a free app that works with the Shutter Band app to take pictures and record video.
It's a first beta version, let me know if you encounter any bugs.

Features:
- Take pictures
- Record video
- Toggle flash
- Switch between back and front-facing camera
- Focus
