Venue 11pro Boot up problem

[Windows Central Question]

1st you'll say your still using that system lol, Venue 11pro, on boot up the start up screen comes on. However when I swipe up to ENTER my pin/passcode all I get is a blurry screen, no keypad no way to get to the apps. If you touch the screen nothing happens, if you let it sit, it will revert back to the start up screen. I ran diagnostics and everything passed. Help!! Thank you.
