Verizon 928 MMS Issue

Hi,

So my mom recently got a Nokia 928 on verizon and its working great minus one issue. I am unable to send out any pics and everytime I try to it pops up a few moments later saying "unable to send media". The phone is able to get pic messages, the data works, the phone calls work but I am unable to send MMS. Any ideas how to fix it WP Experts?

Well this makes me feel bad turns out the MMS issue was the Verizon network failed to send the MMS information and a reboot fixed the issue. Everything is back and the phone is working smoothly
