Verizon Lumia 735 pushed back to June 18 for web and store orders

For those on Verizon yearning for a solid but affordable Microsoft Lumia device, today was supposed to be your day. Verizon had tentatively scheduled the Lumia 735 with Update 2 to be released today June 11.

However, on Tuesday we received word that the launch had been pushed back until next Thursday, June 18. Late last night, we received hard evidence of this delay with images from Verizon's employee inventory system.

Didn't know they even made the 735 any more. Seems they would release the 640 instead of the 735. Almost as capable and a lot cheaper. But then Verizon does a lot of weird stuff. Maybe they will bring back the 822. LOL
