AT&T has had WP7 devices since launch and IMO they have failed to do squat to promote the brand all the while sucking up more iPhone sales. If the platform failed to launch well that falls on MS & AT&T in the US and not delivering what Verizon needed to get rolling along.

How exactly do you not put out an LTE ready WP device until just now and when you do it goes on the network with the smallest LTE coverage.

Verizon can do for Metro what they did for Droid, maybe Verizon should use Metro as their naming platform with MS permission of course and make Metro synonymous with WP devices.
