Is it possible to look up an app and see the release history, ie date stamp and version increase etc.

Is it possible to look up an app and see the release history, ie date stamp and version increase etc.

For some apps you can see the update history if you go to the store and check details page of the app.
And some apps have an "about" in the settings .
But for someb there is no info at all.
